1. PROCESSING TIME

ARTESANBAZAR values arts and crafts, that’s why we don’t promote mass production, but we prefer a production cycle partially and/or completely machinery-free. That’s why some of our products take more time to be manufactured: they are custom-made just for you.

You can verify the production time by clicking on the chosen product: on the side of the image you can read “Product manufactured in … days by …”.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Most of the artisan deliveries from 2 to 4 days in Italy and from 2 to 6 days in Europe.

3. E-mail notification

Shortly after you finished your order via debit or credit card, you’ll receive an e-mail to confirm the order including all the details. Make sure the e-mail address on your order is correct and that your e-mail will not be filed in the “spam” folder.
