EASY RETURN

On ARTESANBAZAR returns are easy, and you have the right to return your purchase, even without stating any reason and without penalities within 14 days from the day you actually own the product. Your only responsibility will be the delivery costs.

To claim your right to return the goods, you have to inform us at: Artesanbazar, Piazza della Bilancia 52 – 41011 Campogalliano (MO) Italy, or with a fax at the number 059 528330 or via e-mail at: info@artesanbazar.com, confirming said communication by sending a recorded mail to the postal address above reported within the following 48 hours or via certified e-mail at the address: robertopietro.valli@pec.it

You’ll have to report the order number, the product/products that you want to return, the date of order, the invoice number, your bank details (IBAN code), or by presenting any other declaration of your intention of withdrawal from the contract of purchase.

Within 14 days from said communication, you can send back the product to the address of the supplier/producer (visible on the transport document).

Inside the packaging you have to include a copy of the order confirmation, received via e-mail once you carried out the order, helpful to track the return to destination.

If you withdrawal from the contract, you will be reimbursed to all payment made in our favor, without undue delay, and in any case not over 30 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. Said reimbursement will be made through the same method of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless stated differently by you; anyway, you will not be charged for the reimbursement.

The refund could be suspended until the products are received. You are responsible only for the diminished value of the goods resulting from a handling of the good different from the ones necessary to establish the nature, characteristic and functioning of the products.

In case you decide to return only a part of your order, only the price of the returned good will be reimbured.

It’s useful to know that on ARTESANBAZAR you can purchase custom-made products reported with the statement “product manufactured in ... days”, and you can not return these products.
